What Ellty is
Ellty is a virtual data room founded in 2020 and headquartered in Australia. It covers the controls investors expect in a diligence room: a Q&A module, viewer watermarks, file-level view and download rights, 2-step login, bulk upload with folder structure kept and an activity log that shows which investor read which file.
On top of that it lists built-in e-signature for NDAs and AI features for indexing, search and summaries. Pricing is published at $149 a month with a 14-day free trial, so a founder or a deal team can open a room the same day without a sales process.
